Brandon Tomes Subaru

Brandon Tomes Subaru,

I am very much enjoying my new Forester and it is great for driving in Austin, Texas.  For what it's worth, I would like to let you know that the staff at Brandon Tomes Subaru in McKinney, Texas went above and beyond anything I ever would've expected from a car dealership. I very easily could have purchased my car from one of the Subaru dealerships in the Austin area, however, Brandon Tomes Subaru's customer service stood out among the rest. I was able to personally speak to Brandon Tomes and one of his Sales Managers even delivered the car to me on a Sunday. What impressed me even further was that they had a driver come back to Austin (about 225 miles) later in the week to pick up the car I was trading in that didn't run. 

I'm not sure if there is a more formal process, but I think Brandon Tomes Subaru should be recognized for this superior level of customer service that far outshines their peers (I spoke with 3 other Subaru dealerships in the Austin area, and 2 out of the 3 made me feel like all they cared about was their sales quota).
