I had an awesome experience at Brandon Tomes Subaru! THANKS to Cian for making it happen! From the moment I arrived, driving around looking for a parking spot, he even walked out to my car and guided me to a spot. He was incredibly nice, super friendly, and professional. Most importantly, he genuinely wanted to help, not just push a sale.

Kelsey quickly waited on me as soon as I arrived. She quickly understood my service requests and after looking at my car’s history made a couple more service suggestions. I agreed to her suggestions. While the car was being serviced Kelsey kept me updated on the progress. Kelsey is very good at her job.

I recently dropped of my Ascent for service for a few issues I was having. Kelsey was my advisor this time & did a good job. Kelsey listened to my concerns and was able to find the problem with the intake system and so far the car is running better. My service this visit seems to have addressed the issue I was also having during my previous visit at the end of March.
