How to take my subaru ascento get a recall done. it was a lot quicker then I anticipated, and as always the people there are very helpful and SUPER nice.

Had to take my ascent in to have a recall part replaced. Was in and out fairly quickly. Staff is usually informative and friendly! I wasn't all that surprised they washed off my vechicle, normally they will do that or ask if I'd like them to but I was very surprised to find they vacuumed it! Appreciated that very much THANK YOU SUBARU

We were shown a list of several items that we were told were "INCLUDED WITH THE CAR". There was no price shown for these items indicating they was no addition charge. After signing and reviewing, we found there was an additional dealer charge of $2231.05 for these items. This constitutes dishonesty and fraud on the part of the Keisha and the dealership.
