I brought in my vehicle for a tire wear check and quote for new tires. Marcus remembered me from my last visit. He offered a free inspection and car wash while we waited in the customer lounge area to enjoy refreshments and admire the beautiful show room floor.
Multiple sales professionals approached me to answer questions, offer a test drive or simply admire the beautiful cars on display.
After the inspection, it was determined that new tires were not needed but I was given a detailed inspection report and quote.

Marcus was very helpful when I brought my car in for an oil change. They give a detailed report on tires and brakes. We bought a car for my mom while they did my oil change and tire rotation. It was our 2nd purchase in 6 months from them. Both times we used Bailey and Trey! Each time the process was smooth and only took a few hours. Bailey is knowledgeable and offers several options or different ways for seeing how something can be done from finance/purchase to features on models.
Go here every time for service. Most recently I was helped by Marcus. Very helpful

Marcus and Connor were very helpful, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they had me out of there super quick and when the car was brought back it looked brand new. I was surprised that they took the time to clean it that well. 10/10
Today I had an appointment for the 6000 mile check up on our Crosstrek Hybrid. Marcus met me as I drove up to the Service bays with a cheery "Good afternoon" and smile. I wish more people understood how impactful a greeting can be. He then escorted me to check in and then to the waiting area in the showroom.
The waiting area is nicely appointed with multiple seating areas and a nice snack area with a multi drink coffee/ cocoa machine, baskets of snacks, and water and soft drinks.

Marcus was both polite and professional and while never attempting to push anything unnecessary on me. Service was quick, easy, professional and cost effective. Brought my 2020 Subaru WRX STI, Marcus was my service worker. He went above and beyond to get the car fixed and working with the aftermarket warranty insurance. Do you get them to pay for the damage is done to the vehicle on the radio system , and everybody there were very respectful of my needs and very understanding they even put my car in the garage when we suspected that there was a potential for hail to protect the car from any hail damage. I appreciated the thoroughness. I've experienced situations where I take my car somewhere and they just start telling me what needs to be replaced and it costs me a fortune. Here, at least they took the time they needed to cancel out possibilities. They test drove, they waited til they were absolutely comfortable before finishing. Greatly appreciate their service. Next I might need my AC fixed.

Marcus showed exemplary service, positive attitude and responsiveness.! Our Outback's transmission went out and it presented other problems, during the entire interaction, he took care of us and showed genuine thoughtfulness. It was a weird and tough case but we had overall a great experience.

I’ve been using Subaru McKinney for 2 years now. From sales to service. I appreciated being able to duscuss the purchase and financing over the phone. Really liked that the numbers we came up with did not change when I came in to sign. Service has been just as easy. My last visit was with Philo. I was in and out of the dealership for express service in about 30 minutes. The waiting area is very nice with a variety of drinks & snacks. Highly recommend them for sales & service!!
